Jon-Paul is an experienced manager of occupational health, safety and risk. He has managed HS&E in large multi-disciplinary organisations with in excess of 2,500 staff across multiple site locations, including the management of Health, Safety and Security of staff travelling to International high risk locations.
He has also been responsible for the health and safety of staff in trade and military environments in a number of countries under hostile conditions. Jon-Paul served with the British Royal Engineers.
Jon-Paul has proven experience in successfully managing occupational safety, health, and risk, workers compensation, internal auditing, safety performance, safety induction, incident investigations, critical incident management, safety & quality systems auditing, risk management, the development and implementation of safety management systems, training and organisational cultural mapping, planning and change management.
Jon-Paul's management skills have seen him work successfully at all levels of business across a diverse range of industry sectors.
